Creating Your Account

  • Select ‘Create Account’
  • Enter an email and password that meets the requirements
  • Select ‘Sign Up’ to complete onboarding
  • You’ll arrive at the “Procedures” tab, where any content created before version 3.0 will appear

Understanding Content Syncing

New Content

Procedures and Folders you create after logging in will sync automatically across all your devices.

Content Created Before Version 3.0

  • Procedures: Won’t sync until you open the editor and select ‘Back Up’. Additional changes made and saved on any device will sync automatically.
  • Folders: Sync automatically but won’t display accurate Procedure counts until those - Procedures have been synced.
  • Media Library: Content added before version 3.0 remains only on the device where you added it and does not sync. To sync Media Library content across devices, connect your OneDrive through the Locations feature in Maker.

Using Multiple Devices

If you used Maker on several devices before version 3.0, each device may contain different local Procedures. To sync this content, log in on each device individually.

Managing Your Account

Accessing Settings

Navigate to the “Settings” tab to view and update your preferences.

Account Details

Select ‘Account & Personal Workspace’ (showing your name and avatar) to access your account page, where you can:
  • Edit your name and avatar image
  • Change your password
  • Log out
  • Delete your account (Warning: This permanently deletes all your data, including Procedures)
Quick tip: Click your avatar in the top left corner of the Procedures tab to quickly access your account page.
