Media Library Overview

The Manifest Maker Media Library allows users to upload and centralize images, videos, and PDF documents directly within the application. You can easily access files from your Media Library when building a step-by-step procedure or add any annotated images and video clips generated in procedures to the Media Library for future use. Media can be captured directly or uploaded from the Photos, Files, or OneDrive. Supported Media Types:

• Images*: PNG, HEIC, JPEG
• Videos: MP4, MOV, M4V
• Files: PDF

*All images are converted and stored as JPEGs within the app.

Linking External Sources

You can link your corporate OneDrive account to more easily import and share media between apps:

1. Navigate to the Media Library tab
2. Select ‘Locations’ in the top right-hand corner
3. Within the Locations modal, select ‘Connect’
4. Log into your Microsoft account

You can also access Google Drive media using the built-in Files connection.

Adding Media to Procedures

To add files from the Media Library to a procedure, navigate to the Media Library tab within the Editor. You can then drag and drop media into the procedure.
